How do I use my voucher?  

You can purchase eGift vouchers here You can add a recipient of your gift voucher when purchasing with a personalised message in their email inbox. They will then receive a specific voucher code which will then be redeemable at checkout. Once the voucher code has been used it will no longer be valid.  

What should I do if my voucher code doesn’t work?  

Always check the spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes when inputing your voucher code. Please also check that your voucher code is still active. If you are still experiencing issues please contact us directly at support@footballflick.com   

Will my voucher work on sale products?  

Vouchers codes are not currently valid on sale items.  

How do I request a replacement voucher?

Can I use discount codes to purchase eGift Vouchers?  

Voucher codes can not be purchased using discount codes.  

Can I use my eVoucher on multiple orders?  

Once your voucher code has been used you will no longer be able to use your voucher code again.  

Can I return/get a refund from an order placed with an eGift voucher? 

If you cancel your order within 15 minutes, the amount on the Gift Card gets reset, amounting to the same value before the order. This means the same Gift Card can be used for the next purchase. 

After the aforementioned 15 minutes, if you have only paid with a Gift Card and the order is partially or fully canceled or returned, you will receive a new voucher code topped up with the corresponding amount via email. 

If you have used another payment method together with your Gift Card, refunds will first be made to the other payment method. When the correct amount has been returned to this payment method, at this point you will receive a new Gift Card topped up with the remaining balance, corresponding to the value of the items cancelled or returned. 

How long is my eGift Voucher valid for?  

eGift vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase.  

Can I request specific amounts for eGift vouchers?   

You can currently only purchase eGift vouchers to the value of £20, £50 and £100.  

Can I purchase outside the UK? 

eGift vouchers are only valid for mainland UK.
