Football Flick meets… Niall Brockwell
Football Flick’s training equipment has been a staple of hundreds of thousands of back gardens since the inception of the brand back in 2011, used by millions of kids, the World over.
One of the many friends of Football Flick is Niall Brookwell. Niall, a former Liverpool FC Academy Player, featured in Football Flick’s Academy after the first national lockdown. After a hard day of training, we promised to keep in touch & help with his future development, after speaking so highly of many of the Football Flick products.
Today, we caught up with him to see how he’s progressed…
After leaving Liverpool FC, Niall came to the Football Flick Academy trying to get back to match fitness and sharpen up & after a significant leap in development; he earned himself a recent big move signing a Pro Deal for Newcastle United’s Under 23s Team.
Niall was delighted with the move, “[It’s]My proudest moment since [graduating] from football flick [Academy] has been signing my first professional contract” he said speaking to Football Flick.
Niall started superbly and scored in his first game for his new side against local rival Middlesbrough U23s.
Before signing for Newcastle United, Niall joined the Football Flick Academy where he was sharpening his technique and close control after the National Lockdown, which helped him get ready for the new season.
Football Flick is honoured to have been such an essential part of his journey.

What advice would you give to kids working toward the heights that your career has hit so far?
“Just to keep working hard through difficult times and it will all eventually pay off.”
